This zamak part used for juicer mahcine, center be machined as M5 & M6, and as an insert part injected with plastic material. Its rotate 6000-12000 Rms in Juicer machine.
So, this zamak part requires a precision machining in drilling and tapping process. We adopt NC lathe to machine the zinc metal plate. and use Go & No-go gauage to check the tapped holes. A long screw bolt used to check the machined zinc part running function to avoid obvious shacking.
