Adopting a three-stage punching system, including an upper die (punch), a positioning device, and a lower die (concave die), synchronous punching, shaping, and waste separation are achieved through hydraulic system drive, with stable structure and high repeatability accuracy.
Applicable objects: Specially designed for aluminum die-casting parts with simple parting surface structures and burrs concentrated in the gate and flash areas, such as chair arms, electronic frames, and other batch products, which can achieve efficient processing of dozens of pieces per minute.
