The chair arms consist of a top cover and a bottom plate, and one side for the right, another side for the left. Cast by two molds. one mold for top covers (right & left in a mold); another mold for bottom plates (right & left in a mold).
A 280T aluminum alloy die casting machine is used to produce them.
After die casting, sanding & trimming, a treatment is used to clean flash and burr.
Then, drilling and tapping are done in the arms.
After machining, the chair arms will be treated with precision polishing. The surface should be ready for painting.
In the packing process, workers will check the aluminum arms' surface and ensure they are smooth. And, clean the inside ejection pins flash.
Aluminum arms top and bottom be set together as a complete arm piece.
Lay soft fabric on the control panel to prevent aluminum handrails from being bumped or scratched.
And be packed in a plastic bag and set in the cartons.
