This image captures our aluminum chair components right after die casting, after full deburring treatment, and now waiting for the tapping and drilling process.
For the chair armrest, we use a 4-axis CNC machining center to machine 7 holes at different angles at the bushing position. These precisely positioned holes will later be connected to the matching holes on the chair backrest via steel bolts, ensuring a firm, stable and long-lasting assembly.
